All You Need Is Yoga: Movement through asanas with breath and music relaxes and rejuvenates on a physical, mental and emotional level. Class is suitable for all levels from the first time practitioner to the experienced yogi.

Let It Be: This class focuses on gentle and restorative yoga, as well as pranayama (breathing exercises). The use of props allows the complete surrender to each pose, while enjoying some of the greatest songs of all time. All levels are welcome.

Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation: This class journeys through gentle and restorative chakra yoga, pranayama (breathing), mantra (repetition of sound), guided meditation and the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls to help clear the clutter to make room for a mellow mind and body.

Private/Semi Private Yoga Instruction: Sessions include client's choice of Gentle Hatha, Hatha Basics, and Intermediate Hatha Flow. Special attention will be given to injuries or special conditions. The use of props and inversion table is available.
Thai Yoga: Also known as assisted yoga, sessions consists of gentle guided yoga postures, joint mobilization, energy work and acupressure used to release physical, mental, and emotional blockages to help many conditions such as back pain, sciatica, stress, headaches, arthritis, joint pain, injuries and stress. Thai Yoga is suitable for all ages and physical levels with no previous experience necessary. Sessions are performed in comfortable clothing on a floor mat.
Sound Therapy: The beautiful sounds of quartz crystal bowls work synonymously with a guided chakra meditation, as well as a personal "tune-up" to pressure points and meridians with a tuning fork, as well as varying sound meditation aids.
Children's Yoga: Games and activities like partner yoga, dancing, ball activities and songs make for a fun and engaging class. Class can be adapted to any age/special needs to teach your child movement, breathing and relaxation techniques. Private sessions are available as well as small groups and birthday parties.
