Treat Your Self Thursdays is a new program where our esteemed, experienced and engaged teachers will offer one of their specialties for an hour long healing practice.

This week Kenzie will guide us through gentle restorative yoga, as we hold the postures she will play the healing sounds of crystal bowls.

 Kenzie is wonderful part of the Jaya faculty. She teaches on the weekly schedule at both studios periodically offers her very popular All You Need is Love Yoga, a class to the music of the Beatles. She is also part of our teacher training staff and a graduate of the Jaya TT program.
